Life cycle support of a model series commences at the start of the development phase. This includes, for example, testing the serviceability of vehicles and controlling all other cross-company communication processes.
The main element of our activities with respect to technical documentation involves target-group-orientated generation of basic and model maintenance literature as well as test and diagnostic literature. In addition to diagnostic literature, we also handle all data in the diagnostic area for the customer, including translation management. In terms of the operation and further development of both our own as well as external IT systems, we are already firmly established throughout the industry.
